📖 Galatians 6:2 “Carry one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
The Gloom doesn’t just test your legs.
It tests your loyalty. To the man behind you.
Because the real mission isn’t setting the pace. It’s making sure no one gets left behind.
In F3, we say “Pick up the 6.”
Not just because it’s a rule but because it’s a reveal. It reveals whether we’re just exercising… or actually locking shields.
The 6 is the guy who almost didn’t show up. The guy whose wife is struggling.
Whose faith is shaken. Whose burdens are silent but heavy.
And maybe that guy is you.
But in this circle, we don’t leave anyone behind.
Jesus never did.
He carried our burden.
And now He calls us to carry each other’s.
Not with fancy words or flawless plans.
But with presence.
With pace.
With purpose.
Because this isn’t just about miles.
It’s about mission.
So look for the 6.
And run back.
Don’t shame them. Shoulder with them.
Don’t shout at them. Walk beside them.
You’re not losing time.
You’re redeeming it.
Because that’s what grace does.
It goes back.
Father,
Thank You for the times when someone slowed down for me.
When I was the 6 spiritually, emotionally, mentally and didn’t even have the strength to ask for help.
Thank You for brothers who showed up anyway.
Make me that kind of man today.
One who sees. One who stops. One who sprints back.
Because picking up the 6 isn’t just F3; it’s Christlike.
Give me the humility to walk with the weary. The eyes to notice who’s missing.
And the courage to carry what isn’t mine.
Help me be more than strong.
Help me be faithful.
In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen.
