Next Man Up

📖 1 Peter 4:10-11

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God.
If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.”

Leadership isn’t reserved for the loudest voice or the longest résumé. In God’s Kingdom, every man has a role, and often the man who steps up next is the one God uses now.

F3’s rotating leadership isn’t just about fairness; it’s about formation. It stretches men into their calling, reveals hidden gifts, and reminds us that we are all stewards, not spectators. The beauty of “Next Man Up” is that you don’t wait to be perfect. All you have to do is step in when it’s your turn, knowing God provides the strength.

Leading the warmup? Giving a devo? Supporting the Q? It’s not about spotlight, it’s about stewardship. The next man up might be nervous, unpolished, unsure… but he’s available. And God loves using available men to do eternal things. You are equipped more than you think!

So when it’s your turn?
Step in. Show up. Speak out.
Not because you’re the best, but because He’s enough.

Father,
Thank You for calling me into more than just attendance; you’ve called me into purpose.
Help me say yes when it’s my turn to lead. As your word says “Here I am. Send me” let it be mindset!
Give me courage when I feel inadequate and strength when I feel weak.
Let everything I say and do point back to You.
Make me a faithful steward of Your grace, even in the small things.

In the mighty name of Jesus,

Amen.
