đź“– Romans 6:23
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
In a world where everything costs something, whether that is time, effort, money, status, it’s radical to receive something you could never earn. Yet that’s exactly what God offers: eternal life, completely free, but never cheap. The wages of sin? Death. But the gift of God? Life that is abundant, eternal, unshakable.
You don’t have to clean yourself up, climb a ladder, or qualify with credentials. Jesus already paid the full price so that you could walk in freedom today! Not tomorrow. Not when you “deserve it.” Now. Always.
When we rise in the gloom and step into the world, we don’t grind for grace; we move from it. The gospel isn’t just good news; it’s liberating news. We are unchained men. Not bound by performance. Not shackled by shame. Free. Forgiven. Sent.
So walk like it.
Let your stride carry the joy of a man who knows he’s already been chosen, already redeemed, and already victorious.
Father,
Thank You for the free gift of salvation through Jesus. I could never earn it, and yet You gave it anyway. Revealing your character of Love, Mercy, and Grace!
Remind me daily that I’m not working for freedom but from it. Let my life reflect the joy, humility, and boldness of someone who’s been set free. Help me share this gift with others; not as a transaction, but as a testimony.
In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen.
